The vast and expansive magnificence of the stars is the very stuff we are made of: ‘as above, so too below’. We are thus called to live this magnificence consistently in our every movement. This is what is called ‘One Life’, which refers to a life that fully honours one’s heavenly being within the earthly realm. Living such a life does indeed make you ‘feel so alive’.
